This is easier way to upgrade. This Time Im Writing In English. This Step Also Im Writing to Another Forum.
Tools Needed
1) MR3420
2) ROUTER Option
a) 2nd Router + 3G Modem That Support 2nd Router
b) 2nd Router From Other Internet Connection (Streamyx, Unifi Etc)
This is my step : -
1) Login Standard Firmware And Upgrade Openwrt Firmware. Then Reboot And Set Router Password (Dont Plug Any Network Cable From Router No 2)
2) Plug In Network Cable From 2nd Router with 3G Modem to MR3420 WAN Port (Blue Colour Port)
3) Ping www.google.com -t 1st. When Internet Available (Ping Got Reply) ,Then On Run Putty and Go to 192.168.1.1 (SSH Port 22 - Normally By Default)
4) Copy Paste (All The Blue Word Below) into Putty

install chat comgt kmod-usb-acm kmod-usb-serial kmod-usb-serial-option
kmod-usb-uhci libusb luci-proto-3g mini-sendmail usb-modeswitch
usb-modeswitch-data kmod-usb2 kmod-usb-ohci kmod-usb-serial-wwan
* Pls Wait For A While For 1st Step To The Download For Package. Its only take about 10-30 Sec Depent on your Internet Speed connection.
5) Reboot And Login
6) Go To Network>Interface>Edit WAN
7) Switch Protocol And Choose UMTS/GORS/EV-DO and Fill-up APN & Others.
8) Setting WIFI ETC and Reboot Again

DONT HAVE 2ND ROUTER, THIS IS ANOTHER SOLUTION
If You dont have any 2nd Router, Just use existing USB MODEM And Sharing Your Wireless Broadband Within Your PC (Connect To The Internet 1st). Then Plug Network Cable From Your PC Into WAN Port. Try Ping (www.google.com -t) If No reply, Use LAN Port On The Router. If Got Reply, Continue to STEP 3
